I actually forget to take these most days, but when I do remember after lunch they genuinely curb my afternoon snacking. Being sugar-free is a nice bonus since I'm not adding more sweet stuff to my day. Two weeks in and my jeans feel a little looser.

The four separate boxes make it easy to stick to a routine—I just grab one for the month ahead. Three weeks in, I’m noticing less snacking between meals, and the fact that they’re sugar-free is a huge plus for me. Glad I went for the super pack to cover a full cycle.

The four-packs mean I can keep the routine going for nearly three months without reordering, which is perfect for building a proper habit. The sugar-free aspect is a real plus since I’m already watching my intake.
